KITCHEN WORKER
12 Needed per Shift | No Cooking Required | No Experience Necessary

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE
:: Fill food orders—take the written form from the sales table
:: Gather the menu items from the individual cooking and plating stations
:: Place on a tray and when the order is complete, pass the tray along to the person who will deliver it to the patrons
:: Help with filling condiment containers as needed, call orders, take orders
Working on your feet for a 4 hour shift with a great crew
Hat required or we
can provide hairnet
Apron provided

DINING OR PUB TENT | GREETER/BUS PERSON

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE
:: Greet patrons in the dining room, help them fill out food order forms
:: Guide them to dessert, bake sale, beer, wine, coffee, condiments stations or Leprechaun Village
:: Wander the dining room, ask patrons how they are enjoying their food
:: Clean tables and return any stray trays
:: Collect trash and empty trash cans

:: Police the area for trash, clean tables, return any trays to dining area, empty trash cans
*On your feet an interacting for a 4 hour shift. Smiling, always smiling!

SPORTS TENT

Serve Pub Grub menu in sports tent
DUTIES :: Fix hot dogs, nachos, and serve sandwiches and leprechaun nuggets

FOOD SALES

We have openings for roving leprechaun nugget sales using a stadium-type warm box
 DUTIES :: Wander around the stage and bar areas offering nuggets for sale

BEVERAGE SALES
We may have some limited opportunities to man the beer wagons
Must be able to learn quickly to pour a draft beer quickly

JEWELRY & PURSE SALES
Help to sell all of the jewelry and purses that were donated by parishioners
All of the proceeds from this booth go to St. Patricks Church
This is a 4 hour shift

SET-UP before Irish Festivities
:: Active work-4 hours
:: Set up tables, chairs, bars, equipment
:: Requires lifting and carrying
:: Climbing ladders may be required
:: Set-up is Thursday and Friday during the day from 9:00am to 5:00pm

TEAR-DOWN after Irish Festivities
Sunday after 5:00pm, help close up the festival
:: Requires lifting and carrying
:: Tear Down and stack tables and chairs, help clean up and move equipment and supplies
:: May involve climbing a ladder
:: This is an active working shift

would love to bring irish cheer to Downtown Erie!

We would love to have your help! Please and we will see you downtown in September!!!

All areas are looking for help! Anywhere from set up to tear down & everything in between!
