Their father, blends in his guitar rhythms and arrangements, along with his vocals, to complete their sound.
Tim – Guitar, Vocals, Floor Stomping • Tim uses his various influences (rock, folk, classical) to mold the traditional tunes in unique and original ways. He creates arrangements, harmonies, and also writes original tunes.
Alannah Redmond – Fiddle, Whistle, Vocals, Bodhran, Dancing • Alannah is a well-rounded multi-instrumentalist who has qualified for the All-Ireland Fleadh on all three of her instruments, multiple times. Her natural feel for the music shines through in all of her tunes.
Bridget Redmond – Concertina, Whistle, Vocals, Dancing • Bridget is our prodigious little concertinist and whistle player (Update: she’s no longer little). She is an absolute whiz at concertina, having taught herself how to play at the age of 10! She is also a natural tunesmith, and has already written many original tunes, some of which have received international recognition.
The Band largely plays traditional music while adding many of their own personal touches, and occasional dancing as well. Their unique sound and musical grooves showcase their love of the music as they add their new contributions to the existing tunes and traditions.

HOUSE OF HAMILL

House of Hamill owes its existence – almost entirely – to a series of cancelled flights. Rose Baldino and Brian Buchanan first found themselves onstage together at the 2014 Folk Alliance International conference in Kansas City. Rose’s band Burning Bridget Cleary was scheduled to perform, but inclement weather prevented two of her bandmates from flying. Desperate to salvage the showcase, Rose approached Brian, who she knew fronted Canadian celtic rock band Enter the Haggis. She thrust a guitar into Brian’s hands, pulled him onstage, and the two just clicked.
Whether they’re ripping through a set of original jigs and reels, adding lush three-part harmonies into traditional folk ballads, or cracking up an audience with stories from the road, House of Hamill puts on a show that captivates audiences from the very first note.

THE IRISH LASSIES

THE IRISH LASSIES are a 6-piece American Celtic folk band native to the green hills of New York’s Finger Lakes region. In only a few short years, the Irish Lassies have become known as one of the premier Celtic folk bands in New York State. Songs from their debut albums are being released on all music platforms.
Their self-titled album The Irish Lassies is comprised of traditional Irish music with unique Lassies’ arrangements. Immigration Stories, an all-original album, aims to take listeners back to 18th and 19th century America with heart-felt true tales of Irish settlers. The Lassies’ unique style focuses on powerful ballads using six-part harmonies and soulful songs that will invite you to raise a glass, dance, and sing along with a set list that takes you on a journey from Ireland to America. TAN & SOBER GENTLEMEN

THE TAN & SOBER GENTLEMEN Born and raised in North Carolina, the Tan and Sober Gentlemen began taking in the songs, stories, and tunes that make up their beloved state’s musical tradition before they could talk.
The music of the Carolinas, (and Appalachia in general) stems from the marriage of the Irish fiddle and the African banjo, which first met in the American South before the Revolution. The Tan and Sober Gentlemen aim to bring these traditions full circle. They play Irish tunes, ballads, and pub songs right next to the Appalachian fiddle tunes of their youth, melding the two into what they call “Irish-American hillbilly music.”
